It's that time of year again. The time for family, friends and recipes for 30 different ways to make mac and cheese that really aren't all that different.
I've decided to add my own recipe to the mix. Hope you enjoy!
Smoky Habanero Mac & Cheese with a Fried Garlic Crust
12 oz elbow macaroni
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 stick of butter
1 cup mango habanero cheese
1 cup Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Smoked Gouda
1 Cup Mozzarella
2 teaspoons smoked sea salt
1/2 teaspoon lava sea salt
1 1/2 teaspoon green peppercorn
1/4 cups fried garlic
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
Lets Get Cooking!
Cook macaroni per box instructions and drain
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Add butter, salt, pepper, eggs, milk and cheeses to macaroni and mix well
Make sure the crust has turned brown, remove from oven and enjoy!
