A Brotha in the Kitchen Presents.....Blueberry Stuffed Vanilla Peaches



This is a really quick and simple semi-healthy desert.


I often make it for my family and friends, and it's guaranteed to leave them wanting more!


Blueberry Stuffed Vanilla Peaches




2 tablespoons brown sugar,

5 peaches

3/4 cup blueberries

1 5.3 oz Silk Vanilla Yogurt

1/2 cup melted butter

Cinnamon to taste

Kosher salt to taste



Let's Get Cooking!


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Split the peaches in 2, remove the pit, and hollow a small portion of the pit center out.

  3. Place 2-3 blueberries in the center of the halved peaches

  4. Top blueberries with brown sugar and pour melted butter over each peach

  5. Sprinkle with salt and cinnamon and place in oven for 10 minutes




  6. Remove from oven, cover peaches with yogurt and place back in oven for 6 minutes.


  Remove from oven, allow to cool for 2 minutes, sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
